The following menu bar choice is redundant and doesn't follow guidance (or at least
the lastest guidance that seems to apply - CUA91):
Menu Bar >> File >> Close Ctrl+W
IBM guidance:
Close (Choice)
An action choice that removes a window and all of the secondary
windows associated with it.
When to Use
Rec Provide a Close choice for each window.
Guidelines
Man If a Close choice is provided, place it on the system menu only,
or on both the system menu and a push button in the window.

This function is also provided by the System Menu choice called Close Alt+F4 and by
the File Menu choice Exit Ctrl+Q.
Recommend removing Close from the File Menu.
