My request -- please strive to have the LEAST number of fields
that the bug report user has to enter. [This implies that the
template pre-supplies a lot of "most likely" default values.]
Fine with me if there are situations which such a simplified
form does not handle -- then (but only then) the user should go
back to using the more complex "standard Bugzilla" interface.

Last time I looked at Bugzilla, its form was optimized for
DEVELOPERS, who *knew* the project structure and were able to
"dismiss" those parts of the template that were not relevant.
What I'm suggesting is a form for USERS, who know what the
__symptoms__ of a problem are, but do not necessarily know
which components in the project structure might be affected.
