What about instead of just opening the urls that was opened, mozilla just
displays a generated page:

"A Mozilla crash was detected, at the time of the crash the following urls
was open:

<link> url title
...
<link> url title
"

Or something like that, then a bad url could not start a loop and the
person can see and chose what to do themseleves.
