Whenever I measure it, 0.9.8 seems __not__ to go into 100%. [My problem is that my system is *always* at 100%, so I have to shut down applications in order to measure CPU usage.] (I've twice experienced a "sluggish" 0.9.8, but I attributed it to overloaded servers, rather than to my own system.) My TCP is 4.02y. My nspr4.dll is 113121 bytes, dated 2-04-02 6:37pm mikus [I'm running with 2002020416 - the actual modules seemed to me to be 1.5 hours more recent than in the 0.9.8 release]
