First, I would like to say that 0.9.9 has been rock solid here. It is
every bit as stable as 0.9.8 was on this machine, with the only
apparent flaw being in the Time Left, and Elapsed Time calculations.
No biggie. Second, I would like to state my long overdue appreciation
to Mike Kaply, and all who have contributed to the Mozilla project,
and of course the Warpzilla project in particular.

Having said all that, there is one new behavior to note at start up.
The following alert is issued:

Could not initialize the browser's security component. The most
likely cause is problems with files in your browser's profile
dirctory. Please check that this directory has no read/write
restrictions and your hard disk is not full or close to full.

Note that after clicking on okay, the browser opens normally, and
there has been no adverse effect when logging on to secure sites, or
anything else for that matter. I have tons of freespace here, and
there are no read/write restrictions on the directory.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
