I've noticed similar behaviour in 0.9.8 nightly (2002022708 is what 
the title bar says).  For me it happens when I try to get to a secure 
page or send some sort of info from a form.  I'm also getting the same
on under Win2000 on the same machine.  The same profile is used for 
both installations as it is on a FAT32 partition.
