Hi Mike This seems to have happened to enough people starting with 097 - the problem does not seem to have existed prior to that release. I cannot speak for 095 and 096 but the problem does not exist with 0941.
I personally suspect some sort of email attachment in the inbox is causing the problem but have not managed to identify what. My reason for saying this is that mozilla seems to have no problems migrating mail boxes containing messages with no attachments. Mozilla is not completing the inbox msf file which suggests, yet again, something in the inbox causes the migration to fail.
