I choose number two.  Is this one that allow for that default, really 
long list of mime types to be offered, like was in 2.02?  Place the ini 
in the same folder as the exe.  You really don't need extensions as each 
mime type is stored with the item, EA type data.  Besides, too many mime 
types have files that use the same extensions.
