First suggestion: go to ftp.mozilla.org and use __ftp__ to
download the OS2 zipfile. (This should overcome the chance
that the package you previously downloaded got corrupted.)

When you launch mozilla.exe, try having your __current__ (i.e.,
working) directory be d:\warpzilla\bin (that is, the directory
which contains mozilla.exe). [And having '.;' early in your
effective LIBPATH might be of help.]

Alternatively, you might set up your effective LIBPATH and PATH
to point to the directory which contains mozilla.exe. I sent
you an e-mail explaining how I had my LIBPATH and PATH set up.
I guess you did not believe me.

I have the same in my RC1 "release build" directory.

It is ___VERY___ likely that Mozilla will not run on your system
because you do not have enough memory.

On my own system, RC1 takes up 6 MB RAM 'private' *plus* 12 MB
RAM 'shared'. (Not counting OS/2 itself, which takes way more
than 32 MB just for the "system" -- though this is after it has
been up for a number of days.)

If you look in the 'Release Notes', wherever the subject is
mentioned it says that 64 MB is the minimum requirement to
run Mozilla.
