I cannot check, because I am at work just now, but no, I always run
Netscape and Mozilla in "pure" English (eCS is English and OS/2 before
was English, too). I do not even know how "Personal Toolbar" is called
in German ("Pers�nliche Werkzeugleiste"?).
Is there another file besides the bookmarks.html to check for this?
