This is a stupid software installer bug.

There were lots more directories you could have scrolled down to. I always miss these
when I am installing perl.

The easiest way to do what you want is start the install again, then use the disk space
button to select a new drive.

This will change the drive for ALL the directories PERL uses.

The problem is that the install puts the drive letter in many different perl files.
