Why? From my experience, Mozilla support has been more reliable than 
IWB or Netscape support.

When Mozilla will be at a much later, enhanced, and stabler version.

The point is that the code base is the same. Netscape rebrands and 
packages Mozilla with tons of extra software that nobody really cares 
about and IBM waits for Netscape so that they can have a Netscape 
equivalent. I would recommend Mozilla over IWB even for corporate 
deployment.
