The question is not about reliability, but about support for deployment. 
  Mozilla does not come with tool to assist deploying to hundreds of 
desktop.  IBM WebBrowser does as does the new Netscape 7.0 for Windows. 
  Later this year IBM will release a version of IBM Web Broswer based 
upon the current Mozilla 1.0 release since Netscape has released 
Netscape 7.0 based upon it.  Have you not noticed that IBM releases new 
versions of its browser whenvever Netscape releases a new version of 
Netscape, based upon the same code that Netscape uses?
