The way to do it is to use the profile manager to add a new profile.  
Then, use the browse button to navigate to the directory that holds 
the profile.  Then, enter the name of the actual profile directory as 
the name of the profile and press the "Finish" button (I think it's 
called finish).  You might get asked a question about an existing 
profile (too long since I did this).
