For reasons I can't explain, there were TWO "plugin" folders in my main 
Mozilla folder, one on the same level as the "bin" folder and a second 
WITHIN the bin folder. The one within "bin" only had the Shockwave Flash 
file (which is the only plugin that was working), so I moved the files 
from the other "plugin" folder to this one and they are now loading.
