If you copied ALL the older Netscape plugins, that may cause your problem. 
I don't remember which ones are bad, but I had the same problem, and it 
went away after removing one of the older plugin files.  It may have been 
npfi.dll, but not sure.  The only files in my mozilla plugins directory 
are:
