I happen to not be a wget user - for ftp sites, I use an ftp
client to download; for http sites, I tend to use Mozilla.
[ And if I am interacting with Mozilla, why should I go off
and open another application to look at the same thing ? ]

The reason for my question is that when a page is being displayed
by Mozilla, View -> Page Info will give the Mime-Type of that page
(plus other information). Also (if prefs.js doesn't override it)
when I click on an URL for something other than what Mozilla handles
internally, Mozilla will show me the Mime-Type when asking me what
to do with the data pointed to by that URL (e.g., store on disk?).

What I was asking: Is there any way, WITHOUT actually initiating
a download, to get Mozilla to display the Mime-Type of the data
being pointed to by a selected URL (for instance, if I were to RMB
on that URL and then were to choose from among the displayed menu
entries) ?
