It sure acts that way - but only after the first re-cycle where the 
turbo closes and reloads.  I looks for all the world like a 
save-position-on-close where the turbo is using it's own position 
except for one thing: the windows that open at the bottom of the 
screen are, as best as I can tell, keeping the last used visible 
window width and lateral position.
