Everything internal is the same, so they theoretically can't run at the same time. You could run them with different profiles at the same time if you REALLY wanted to. SET MOZ_NO_REMOTE=1 SET BEGINLIBPATH=place for first mozilla SET LIBPATHSTRUCT=T start first mozilla do the same stuff start second mozilla.
