We (Netscape mgmt) are not actively trying to get those changes for 
0.9.1. Our intention is to make 0.9.1 as solid as possible, which means 
deferring potentially destabilizing landings. There will be some more 
performance work after 0.9.1.

Of course, sometimes small (careless) changes are destabilizing and big 
(well-tested) changes aren't, so we'll do our best to use good 
judgement, as usual.
