Well, I have experienced one problem. When Netscape 6 came out I
switched from 4.6x to 6.0. When I did this, I had no problems. But I
later on started using Mozilla and got into the habit of using a nightly
build every now and then, and thats how I use it now. As far as I could
tell, it was a nightly build that messed up my profile. I could open
Mail, but it wouldn't display any mail in my Inbox (didn't have any
trouble in any other mailbox, just my Inbox) and then once it displayed
mail in my Inbox, but they were all REALLY old messages, I had deleted
them from my Trash folder... I don't know where in the world they came
from. My only solution was to abandon 4 years of mail and address
books, and start over.
I don't think I could replicate it, but that is the problem I
experienced. :-)
