Seems like a pretty good standard to me. Hixie would disagree with the 
first part (he aims for a higher level of standards compliance), but 
otherwise there's a lot of agreement here. It just doesn't settle any of 
the issues in the main 1.0 thread.

Who cares what the world needs? This is about what the Mozilla project
