Actually, if you look at the top 4 bugs, two are fixed, one is a performance
tracking bug (which by definition can't be "fixed" or "targeted" but has
received a lot of attention), and one is a request for a third-party plugin.
You should also realize that any bug that survives long enough to get 50
votes is probably difficult to fix. Otherwise, someone would have stepped
up and offered to fix it when it only had 30 votes.
