Yes, but if you note he also says that he edited the file
"security-prefs.js", NOT "prefs.js". Perhaps this explains the
discrepancy? It may be that the file "security-prefs.js" performs the
same necessary functions and is not overwritten at exit as is
"prefs.js"? (I've never heard of this file before, or its behaviour,
so can't comment.)
