Mozilla and On-line banking

Why won't banks recognize the Mozilla 5 Browser for on-line Banking. I
mention Mozilla 5 even though I'm using 6.1 because the page on which I
have to set up my on-line banking for Netscape 6.1 mentioned that I have
to upgrade my browser from Mozilla 5 to get 128 encryption.

This is very puzzling.
