Several banks block Netscape 6.1 (which has the user-agent string
"Mozilla/5.0...") because they believe it's not secure. Many banks have
also reversed their positions on this matter. We stand by our security.
File a bug in Bugzilla, in the Evangelism component, and mention that
your bank blocks Netscape, and give us the name of the bank, and we'll
try to convinve them. Netscape 6.1 does have 128-bit encryption - your
bank is just being stupid.
