Please do file a bug. In the meantime, you can disable the
nsLoggingService (nobody's using it AFAIK; there are some other problems
with the current implementation) with ``configure --disable-logging'' on
Linux. You *might* be able to specify NS_DISABLE_LOGGING=1 on Windows to
turn it off there, but I don't think the necessary build goop in
mozilla/config/config.mak has been set up to translate the environment
variable into a #define yet...
