Re: nsLoggingService is not threadsafe

I've already filed a bug about nsCategoryManager not being threadsafe. In
fact the whole CreateInstance process is not threadsafe (I've filed bugs on
all of the various pieces). I have to wonder how useful XPCOM will in the
long run if this isn't fixed.
