Hi Patrick,

For what you're doing - I'd suggest you go ahead and set up
your development machine to do mozilla builds. That way you've
got all of the pieces like the NSPR and XPCOM libraries that
you will need to link with your plug-ins (not just the XPIDL
compiler).
