Because that would require that I write a parser for them, instead of using win32 apis for that.
Wasn't the idea of having this not in nsILocalFileWin to allow for other desktops (kde, gnome) to provide similar functionality?
(Btw, I second the NOT_AVAILABLE error code, NOT_IMPLEMENTED usually means that your dealing with XUL ;-))
