I am working with two machines (at a retirement center) that are identical: HP's running XP-Home. I've loaded Netscape 7.1 on each. It runs on one machine but not on the other. The icon is there, the filkes install OK but the program will not start. The screen goes black for a few seconds ( as it adjusts the screen resolution, I'm told) but no Netscape. It is not in the process list either. Any and all comments appreciated! TIA!
