Java-Plugin and Crash!!

Since the last 3 Versions (07, 08, 09) Mozilla I've tried
to install the Java Plugin and this is really
annoying because everytime crashes Mozilla.

How the fuck can I do this??
I've to say if this is the way things turn out
in the future I'll switch back to IE.

I'm using W2K
