... but does NOT pick up new chrome elements listed in installed-chrome.txt!
Thus if I do the following:
1. Register some new chrome elements in installed-chrome.txt.
2. Run 'regxpcom'.
3. Start mozilla (expecting the startup to register my new chrome
elements.
My new chrome elements will *not* be registered. This is because step (2)
caused the all-*.rdf files to be rebuilt (thus making them newer than
installed-chrome.txt) but to not use the new items in installed-chrome.txt.
AFAIK, this is a change in regxpcom's behaviour. Does anybody know why the
change? I.e. why is 'regxpcom' touching the _chrome_ registry at all.
