No. I am not asking for "regxpcom" to register chrome. I am pointing uot that
it recently started *half* doing so. The point is that "regxpcom" now screws
up attempts to use installed-chrome.txt entries to register chrome.
Hmmm... although maybe I can just ensure that I call regchrome before
regxpcom runs. I will try that. Thanks,
