A couple people reported some segfaults with LAME 3.0 (190kbs and/or free bsd). I haven't been able to reproduce them, but I did find a buffer overflow in the offending code. If you are having this problem you might want to try: www.sulaco.org/mp3/download/lame3.01.patch.gz It also fixes the mono encoding options which I had broken and never tested. Mark
