In fact looking more closely at the problem, I found another one. On the encoder side the number of stuffing bits is computed then added to part2_3_length. The decoder is supposed to `dismiss stuffing bits'. However, most of the times the decoder does not find the same number of stuffing bits! Any idea? Fabien.
