cdda2wav seems fairly paranoid (it does scratch detection and such) and
I have gotten very few bad reads. I have a REALLY cheap IDE 24x CDROM
made by Momitsu (?) and really humms when ripping files. My 12x SCSI
Plextor at work works about 2x speeds, however...
