I think that's the one, yes. The codecs contains three codecs in
one, which should be adjusted according to the bit rate you want.

It's all very flaky, but certainly works. The stuff it will do at
rates like 8kbit/s is amazing. The high-fidelity encoding, though,
doesn't sound as optimised as the state-of-the-art MP3 discussed on
this list. But it's early days yet. You could have my binaries if I
had had time to work out the copyright situation.

It compiles on Linux (with one header change) and works for me,
anyway.
