Hi everybody, I've put my build of LAME3.12pre9 for Macintosh online. I hope thereby to provide some hours of amusement for those who are so inclined. http://www.terrazzoworks.com/nonprophet/MacLame/ Don't expect much of an interface... it just provides a command prompt, where you can specify filenames and options in the usual command-liney manner. At least for now, probably better to send any problems or suggestions to me off-list. Anyhow, I wouldn't mind hearing from anybody that decides to give this a spin, so that I can keep you up to date w/ any improvements. Also, I'd be happy to send my Metrowerks Pro4 project file to anybody who's interested in building this locally. Two directions seem interesting and somewhat feasible, re further mac-specific work: 1) addition of a GUI (on the way) and 2) writing some PPC assembly patches to complement the nice existing x86 stuff. Any PPC wizards out there? Best, -ben "jacobs" <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -- MP3 ENCODER mailing list ( http://geek.rcc.se/mp3encoder/ )
