Sorry I didn't get this message until now!  I think these are both
fixed in 3.25?  There is also new a new "-r" option.  -r tells LAME to
assume the file is raw pcm and not bother searching for WAV or AIFF
headers.  With -r, there should be no fseek's done on the inputfile.
