I have a compile error in lame 3.29 on linux. I have undefined all of the
GTK stuff. In common.c it gives me an error at line 388 about the gtkflag
variable being undefined. Ichecked, and it is defined in the gtkanal.h,
and I don't quite know enough of what the function around line 388 is
doing if i can substitue a 1 or a 0 or just comment the thing out.
