Mpg123 is nice but just if mpg123 does not implement deemphasis this does
not at all mean that all decoders do not implement it. Since the encoders
side is just adding a bit to the frames, why not?
Even if other encoders do not have this flag it is still part of the
standard I would very much like lame to be as much standard compliant as
possible.
