this was because LAME was computing 'totalframes' before figuring
out if it was doing mpeg1 or mpeg2, and so the framesize was
incorrect for mpeg2. It will be fixed in 3.33 - you can fix it now
by just swaping the blocks of code (around line 600 in lame.c)
which compute 'totalframes' and 'info->sampling_frequency'
