Sounds great, but I'm afraid CVS repository in some country invokes
patents problem. LAME is not a complete code but only patch of dist10.
So we can avoid the patent problem.

But using CVS, someone who want to get the whole source could obtain
not only patch, but also whole source code!

I heard Open Lab. member can use ML, 25MB public
space(for WEB, FTP, CVS, ...) and some other services.
