I'm the author of libsndfile and I have been told of a few
problems with the VC++ project files. I don't have access
to VC++ so I can't directly fix them. What I would like is
for someone to provide instructions so I can dump the
VC++ project files and just distribute a good set of
instructions.

To make the library, create a new project, add all the files from
the libsndfile-X.X.X/src directory and the config.h file from
the directory libsndfile-X.X.X/Win32.

Hope this helps,
Erik
