I merged the latest CVS tree to the new FFT routine
once I send to this ML.
This FFT routine is only the coding improvement.
Using some lookup table and merged some loops into one loop and
deleted needless variable storing.
And new FFT routine's main part, "fht()" routine is compatible to the
GOGO-no-coda's fht routine. So if you have an IA32 CPU with SSE/3DNow!/E3DN!,
you can use thier "REALLY FAST" fht routine.
(But my linuxbox is celeron 464MHz so I can't test this.)
