Well how about official instead of official looking :) JPNIC's web page
listing their toplevel .jp domains (it's in japanese but you can see them
listed among the japanese text)

In case you don't have a Japanese font, the *.jp domains listed are:
.AC
.AD
.CO
.ED
.GO
.GR
.NE
.OR
Maybe one of the Japanese members of the list can translate what each one
is designated for. But anyway that is the official Japanese NIC (as far as
I can tell) :)
