Just about any good quality vocal signal. High frequency components are
distorted, with a sort of noise I'd describe as "twinkling". These noises
are faint individually, but make extended listening rather harsh.
BTW, I was testing mainly at 192kbps, where MP3Enc usually does a very good
job. I'll stick with that for now.
