[MP3 ENCODER] CBR above 160 kbit/s

Hello,

Just a little question : when using constant bit rate above 160 kbit/s
(i.e. >= 192), are the "-h" & "-k" switches still irrelevant ? I
ask this question because of the modifications introduced in
version 3.60 (concerning lowpass filtering visible or not) and the "-h"
switch discussion...
