Hello, If this is the wrong place to post this, please forgive and hit the delete button. In lame3.60, RTP support was added, but experimenting with it seemed to result in a big BIG mess and lots of mp3 data on stdout. I was trying something like mrecv 239.1.1.1/24430|mp3rtp 224.150.1.2:26412:127 -b 160 -h - /dev/null The result? mp3rtp does not send a group membership report and it does not begin multicasting or transmitting any data. I'm going to start looking at the sources to figure out what is going on, but I had hoped somebody already was looking at this.
